North East Herts MP Oliver Heald worked as a volunteer on Saturday at the Marie Curie Cancer Care Shop in Church Lane, Royston, in support of the ""Make a Difference Day"" Campaign.
Oliver served customers in the shop and helped to sort the donations received from members of the public.
Commenting, Oliver Heald said, ""Marie Curie is a wonderful charity and their nurses make a real difference to cancer sufferers and their families. I am delighted to support them by helping in the shop. Make a Difference Day highlights the work of volunteers and I would urge all constituents to think how they might help out a charity or voluntary organisation.""
