Sir Oliver asks question on Grenfell Rehousing and praises the community

On 5th July, North Herts MP, Sir Oliver Heald asked the Minister of State for the Communities and Local Government, Alok Sharma, a question on the Rehousing of Grenfell residents. Sir Oliver asked whether the Minister could confirm that, even if there is a delay before the affected families engage with local government, they will still be given the same priority and rights to rehousing. The Minister confirmed this “absolutely.” Sir Oliver also paid tribute to the local community in Latimer Road and the Westway and the wider voluntary network for their marvellous support of the families affected.
