North East Herts MP, Oliver Heald, was one of the guests of honour at the unveiling of the Memorial to the Hertfordshire Regiment which suffered 75% losses on the first day of the Battle of Passchendaele on 31 July 1917, 100 years ago.

Oliver Heald MP  had a very full meeting with Govia officials today 18th July and had the chance to put forward a range of concerns about the number of fast trains from Royston and Letchworth under the proposed new timetable and to make comparisons with existing services.
