North East Herts MP Sir Oliver Heald has received notification from Affinity Water of their developing business plan and is encouraging local residents to have their say.
The plan sets out their ambitions to:
- Leave the environment in a sustainable and measurably improved state.
- Deliver what their customers need, ensuring affordability for all.
- Be prepared for change and resilient to shocks and stresses.
- Work with their communities to create value for the local economy and society.
