Simpler Recycling for Households and Businesses in England

North East Herts MP Sir Oliver Heald has received the attached ‘Dear Colleague’ letter from the Rt Hon Therese Coffey MP at DEFRA regarding the Government’s new waste reforms making recycling simpler for households.
