North East Herts MP Oliver Heald has received a number of complaints from local residents about a plan to put a waste management operation at Jack’s Hill, Graveley, behind the garages.
Complaints focus on the number of likely movements and the hours of operation in the site near Jack’s Hill Park. Oliver has immediately written to Alice Carrington at Hertfordshire County Council Development Unit, raising these concerns.
Commenting, Oliver Heald said, “I was concerned to learn of these proposals and hope that the County Council will take a full account of my representations and those of my constituents.
“Waste management sites need to be sensitively placed and I notice that this was not part of the County Council’s own plan.”
